This is the blog of Neil Hilton, an American student (talib in Arabic) in Lebanon. I hail from a small town in NW Montana, then Portland, Oregon, and now Beirut. I will be posting my cultural, educational, social, and personal experiences from the belly of the beast, along with some of my own analysis of global events.
